Today on our 2016 Honda Pilot we're doing a test fit of the CURT roof-mounted cargo basket. That part number is C18115. Now this is 41-1/2" long by 37" wide by 4" deep. It has a 150 pound weight capacity. You do with check with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure it can withstand that much weight. Now we already have three of our four mounts secured down. more

Today on our 2016 Honda Pilot we're doing a test fit of the Thule Canyon XT roof cargo basket. That part number is TH859XT. Now this is 49" long by 40" wide by 6" deep, and has a 150 pound weight capacity. We already have three of our four mounts in place. We've got our brackets in place as well. We're going to show you how to secure the back bracket onto our crossbar. more

Today on our 2016 Honda Pilot we'll be doing a test fit of the Sports Rack Vista Roof Mounting Cargo Basket, part number SR9035. The dimensions are 44 inches long by 39 1/8 inch wide. It can hold up to 110 pounds. You see I already have it on our vehicle. We have already mounted three of the universal holders on. I'll go on the other side and load the other one also. Now what we have here is a u-bolt, and we also have a metal plate that goes on top. more

You see that we already have it loaded on our vehicle, on the factory roof racking system. There are four universal holds that hold down the basket. more

Today on our 2003 Honda Pilot, we're going to be doing a test fit of the SportRack Vista, rooftop mounted cargo basket, part number SR9035. This cargo basket is going to be 44 inches long, 39 1/8 inches wide, 6 inches deep and with its sturdy steel construction, it's going to have a 110 pound weight capacity. Note that there is a 22 inch extension available and that's going to be part number SR9036. If you'd like the whole rack with the extension included, that's going to be part number SR9035-9036. All right. As you can see up here on top of our aero type bars that we already have three of the feet installed. We're going to show you how to place on this last foot since they all install the same way. more

Thule  Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2003 Honda Pilot

Today on our 2003 Honda Pilot, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Canyon Rooftop-Mounted Cargo Basket. This cargo basket is going to be 49 inches long, 40 inches wide, have a 6 inch depth, and a sturdy steel construction with 150 pound weight capacity. It's going to be part number TH859. It does also have the option of putting in an extension, which would be part number TH8591. If you look on the basket, you can see that we already have our feet in place and three of them installed. With these feet and spacers, the key to that is to space them out before you put the rack on your vehicle. First things first, get a tape measure and get the measurement from center to center, so your center to center of your crossbars, and then space out those beforehand. more

Today on our 2011 Honda Pilot, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sport Rack, Rooftop Mounted, Cargo Basket. This basket is going to be 44 inches long, 39 1/8 inches wide. Have a depth of 6 1/4 inches, and with it's sturdy steel construction, can carry up to 110 pounds of weight. If you look at it here, you'll also notice that it does have the gap in the middle to where you can place your 22 inch extension and, if you wanted to get that part, it would be SR9036. If you decided to get the whole rack with the extension already included, that would be SR9035. As you can see, we've already got it up here with three of our feet installed on our factory crossbars. We're going to show you how that last one goes on. Because they're all going to go on the same way. One of the first things you're going to want to do is place it up on your roof crossbars and place down your spacers, like this one here. more

Today on our 2011 Honda Pilot we're going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Canyon rooftop-mounted cargo basket. This basket is going to be 49; long, 40" wide, have a depth of 6", and be of sturdy steel construction with a 150 lb. weight capacity. It's going to be part number TH859. As you can see, we've already got 3 of our feet up here with it installed and in place. The 1 thing you're going to need to keep in mind is with the feet that are going to be fixed, you're going to need to adjust those before you get it up on your rack by getting your center-to-center crossbar spread. In this instance, this one's 26". more
